1. Order Processing

Due to high demand, we operate on a batch fulfillment system.

Orders placed today will be shipped from the next scheduled batch date indicated on our website (e.g., April 25).

Once your batch is ready, your order will be processed within 1–2 business days.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or public holidays.


2. Shipping Times

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes:

Standard Shipping:
5–10 business days depending on your location.

Estimated Global Delivery Windows:

  • North America, Europe, Asia, Oceania: 5–10 business days
  • South America, Africa: 10–15 business days

Please note: delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, local carriers, or peak periods.


3. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location.

Customs duties, taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the customer and are determined by local authorities.


4. High Demand Notice

Due to high demand, orders are fulfilled in scheduled batches.

Delivery timelines begin once your order has been dispatched, not at the time of purchase.

We appreciate your patience during high-volume periods.


5. Refunds and Late Deliveries

We do not offer refunds for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs, or external factors.

Refunds are only provided if the product arrives damaged or unusable.


6. Undeliverable Packages & Carrier Coordination

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

Once shipped, Covelune is not responsible for failed deliveries due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failure to contact the carrier
  • Refusal to pay customs fees
  • Missed delivery attempts

If a package is returned to us, reshipping can be arranged (additional fees may apply).

Shipping fees are non-refundable after a delivery attempt has been made.


7. Shipping Delays & Unforeseen Events

Delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, or other external factors are beyond our control.

We appreciate your understanding in these situations.


8. Lost or Stolen Packages

Covelune is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

We will assist by providing tracking and delivery confirmation details.


9. Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days:

Once verified, we will resolve the issue promptly.


10. International Shipping

We ship internationally to selected countries.

Shipping times and costs vary by location and are shown at checkout.

Customs duties and import taxes are not included and must be paid by the customer.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking updates may take up to 48 hours to appear.
